Theory and Policy of Happiness

Dasho Karma Ura, President of the Centre for Bhutan Studies and GNH gave the opening remarks on the concept of GNH and Buddhism in Bhutan at a workshop on ‘Theory and Policy of Happiness‘ organised by the Wonkwang University, Iksan, Korea on 12th July, 2017 in Thimphu, Bhutan
